How to Sign Up

The Procedure

First off, make sure that there is still available space for the activity you want to join. Then, read the Sign Up and Cancellation Contract below and follow the instructions to complete your form.


Sign Up and Cancellation Contract

We offer activities and events that are not motivated by profit. To sustain these activities it’s necessary to have the Sign Up and Cancellation conditions clearly understood and adhered to by our guests so that the preparation necessary for the event can be covered.

Withdrawal and Reimbursement

When someone who is pre-registered chooses to withdraw participation, depending on the cause of the decision and if advance notice was given, it remains at the discretion of Prana Prana to decide if the person will receive a reimbursement and if it will be partial, perceptual or credit to use in a future event.

There is no reimbursement for reservation fees or the first installment payment of any event even if the withdrawal is made before the event sign up period finishes.

If withdrawal happens after the event sign up period finishes, there will not be reimbursement.

The non-participant is responsible to cover the pending fees for the event.
In any case, the person can transfer their reservation to someone else (who fits the event profile) who can use the reservation and pre-payment.

Event Cancellations and Reimbursements

If the quorum for an event is not reached, or something serious prevents the event from happening, everyone with a reservation and/or pre-payment will receive 100% of their investment returned.

Food and Lodging

If you are participating in an event that does not include overnight housing, please disregard this portion of the form.

Our events that require housing are offered with 3 meals per day. If you need to arrive before the event begins or leave after the closing of the event, additional costs will apply and it is necessary to make reservations in time to receive a confirmation that housing will be available for you as requested. There are no reimbursements made for housing or meal cancellations made less than a week before the event.

If you are participating in an event that does not include overnight housing, it is not necessary to fill in the following section, simply select “No” to the question and proceed to the next part.
